Why did I write the novel "Angels' Eyes?"

The "Carla Shalah" character in the story is based on a real life person. She (or he) is trying to combat the problems caused by the agency she (or he) once worked for. These problems are the same problems the agency was supposed to solve. Read the whole book for more details.
